Fall
is here and holiday feasting is just around the
corner... Now is the time to
strategize how you will eat your holiday meals.
I'm
not saying to don't eat, but know your limits.
Too many times people eat until their stuffed
instead of eating until full. This is a
big difference. I can remember being a
child and eating Thanksgiving dinner until I
could literally no longer put another thing in
my mouth without feeling sick. Well,
times have changed in my adulthood.
One
of the favorite events at this time of year is
eating huge feasts for each individual holiday
meal. Holiday meals are great and
remember, they only come around once a
year. So make your Thanksgiving and
Christmas meal one to remember. You can
eat a little extra, but just remember to
exercise.
Before
going to your holiday feast, whether it be at
your home or if you are a guest, try to spend at
least 30 minutes of some type of aerobic
exercise. An hour would be the best
