Fall is here and holiday feasting is just around the corner...   Now is the time to strategize how you will eat your holiday meals.

I'm not saying to don't eat, but know your limits.   Too many times people eat until their stuffed instead of eating until full.  This is a big difference.  I can remember being a child and eating Thanksgiving dinner until I could literally no longer put another thing in my mouth without feeling sick.   Well, times have changed in my adulthood.

One of the favorite events at this time of year is eating huge feasts for each individual holiday meal.  Holiday meals are great and remember, they only come around once a year.  So make your Thanksgiving and Christmas meal one to remember.  You can eat a little extra, but just remember to exercise.

Before going to your holiday feast, whether it be at your home or if you are a guest, try to spend at least 30 minutes of some type of aerobic exercise.  An hour would be the best
